My HORIZON Experience

My work with Horizon International in the last few months has entailed preparation of case studies and a conference in Peru, and a bilingual documentary in Bolivia. Through research of successful health care initiatives, I had the valuable opportunity of meeting with organizations working in Lima and introduced them to Horizon International. The development conference, which began as an afternoon workshop, attracted speakers from Pan-American Health Organization, UNDP and the National Council on the Environment and included over 200 participants. The conference was dedicated to fostering increased collaboration and integrated approaches to common health and development problems in Peru.
